GENERAL SALES CONDITIONS

Please note that all reservations are subject to our sales conditions. 

Reservations will be confirmed only upon receipt of a deposit which should be equivalent to:

– 30% of the total amount  for a stay of 7 days or more
– 50% of the total amount for a stay of less than 7 days
– The balance of the stay should be paid 30 days prior to the arrival date.

Cancellations
– 61 days before the arrival date cancellation fee: 100 € will be not refunded.
– Between 60 and 31 days before the arrival date: 30 % (for long stays) or 50% (for short stays) of the total amount will  be not refunded.
– 30 days before arrival date: 100% of the total amount will be not refunded.
– No show: 100% of the total amount will be not refunded.

Trip cancellation insurance
In case of unexpected events, we suggest that you subscribe with our partner Safebooking.

Shortened Stays
Early departures will not be refunded.

Check in time :
Our official check-in time is at 4 pm on the day of arrival. We will, however, do our best to ensure that the room is ready upon your arrival.
If you plan to arrive after 8.30 pm, please inform us in advance.

Check out time :
The room should be vacated by midday on the day of departure.

Half Board
Our half-board rate is a package that includes dinner, overnight accommodation, and breakfast.
Unused meals are non-refundable. This package is valid for the entire stay only, as hotel guests receive a preferential rate on the meals.

Single Occupancy:
During certain periods, we do not offer double rooms for single occupancy.
If a “single occupancy” discount has not been validated at the time of booking, no refund will be possible afterwards.

Animals are not allowed in the hotel
