General Terms and Conditions
Any reservation made implies full acceptance of our general terms and conditions.
Booking
Reservations are only considered confirmed upon receipt of a deposit as follows:
– 30% of the total amount for stays of 7 nights or more
– 50% of the total amount for stays of less than 7 nights
– The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival
Cancellation Policy
Any reservation becomes firm and final upon payment of the deposit, in accordance with Article L214-1 of the French Consumer Code.
The cancellation terms are as follows:
– More than 61 days before the arrival date: A €100 administrative fee will be retained.
– Between 60 and 31 days before the arrival date: The deposit (30% or 50%, depending on the stay duration) will be retained as compensation.
– Less than 30 days before the arrival date or no-show: 100% of the total amount is due.
These fees are applied as a cancellation clause to compensate for losses incurred, especially in cases where rebooking the room is not possible.
Shortened Stay
Any interruption of the stay does not entitle the guest to any refund. The total amount initially agreed upon remains due, as per the booking contract.
Check-in Time
Rooms are available from 4:00 PM on the day of arrival. However, we will do our best to have your room ready as early as possible.
In case of late arrival (after 8:30 PM), we kindly ask you to inform us in advance.
Check-out Time
Rooms must be vacated by 12:00 PM on the day of departure.
Half-Board
Our half-board rate is a non-separable package that includes dinner, overnight stay, and breakfast.
Meals not taken are non-refundable. Guests benefit from a preferential rate, and this package applies to the entire stay only.
Single Occupancy
During certain periods, we do not offer double rooms for single occupancy.
If a single occupancy discount was not validated at the time of booking, no refund will be possible afterward.
Pets
Pets are no longer allowed in the hotel.

No Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation services, other than residential accommodation, provided for a specific date or period.
Therefore, reservations made at our hotel are not subject to the right of withdrawal and cannot be cancelled or refunded on that basis. Any cancellation or modification request is subject to our cancellation policy.
